dk9win Terms and Conditions

1.1 — Definitions

• "Platform" refers to dk9win's website, mobile application and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered or is using the dk9win platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered account through which they access the services.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting and related features offered by dk9win.
• "Money" or "Balance" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) deposited in the user's account.

2.2 — Account Security

2.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)

dk9win reserves the right to verify a user's identity as needed to ensure safe and transparent services. A national ID card (NID), passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

Payments must be made from an account registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2 — Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount per method is ৳100.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• If there is a delay due to a system issue, please contact the support team.
• Deposits made through fraudulent or illegal means will be cancelled and dk9win reserves the right to suspend the account.

3.3 — Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit and must go to an account registered in the same person's name.
• The withdrawal process may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance will be ৳2,200.
• A deposit of ৳10,000 or more will earn a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance will be ৳15,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount). Withdrawals from the bonus will not be permitted until the wagering requirement is complete.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion must be used within a specified period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• A bonus may only be used once; attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts may result in account termination.
• dk9win reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, the account may be permanently closed and all winnings may be forfeited.

4.3 — VIP Program

The dk9win VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

dk9win reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of VIP tiers. Cashback amounts not used within the specified period may be cancelled.

5.1 — General Prohibitions

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using third-party payment accounts.
• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Allowing or assisting minors to use the platform.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.

5.2 — Fraud and Money Laundering

dk9win is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. If fraudulent transactions are suspected, dk9win reserves the right to cooperate with the relevant authorities. Any account involved in such activities will be closed immediately and all information may be provided to law enforcement agencies.

6.1 — Ownership

All content on the dk9win platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, videos and other materials — is the intellectual property of dk9win. No user may copy, distribute, modify or reuse this content without prior written permission from dk9win.

6.2 — Limited Use License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the dk9win platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. dk9win may revoke this license at any time.

7.1 — Service Availability

dk9win strives to ensure uninterrupted service at all times. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, system upgrades or other reasons. dk9win will not be liable for any losses arising from such situations.

7.2 — Gaming Results

All gaming results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and fairness is ensured. dk9win does not guarantee a win in any game and accepts no financial liability for gaming results.

7.3 — Third-Party Services
